Celebration, not over until Nursing get there
Celebration: Not over until Nursing get there
Again today, I want to communicate to the Nurses out there using the celebration of a gem in Nursing.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. (Wintson churchill)
There is no secret to success, it is the result of preparation, hardwork and learning from failure. (Collin powell).
It’s not the title that matters but the impact you can make on lifes using the position. (Mrs Awoseemo A.B).
As I have always been saying, we need to move pass some things such as post basic schools and make them post-graduate schools for Nursing to develop. Nurses everywhere need to know that it is not over until we get there, being in a certain position doesn’t mean we don’t need to study more, we need to, so that we can be bold to speak where other professionals are.
Today, we have a person of authority and integrity having her graduation as a Doctor in Nursing despite all hurdles and the years spent in achieving this, she never relented but instead made all those hurdles her strenght to achieving this success.
A source of encouragement she has always been for many
A mother of many in the profession
A Pastor
An Educator
A proud Nurse she has always been.
A beautiful woman with a beautiful heart
A loving wife and a loving mother
Today, I celebrate with Mrs A.B Awoseemo as she will be graduating as a Doctor in this noble profession called Nursing today 14th December, 2018.
She has always been a source of encouragement for me ever since I became her son, I have not given her anything but the little I can do for her is just to celebrate her with my write up/ skill and encourage other Nurses out there that “it is not yet over until Nursing becomes better”.
Nursing needs us to grow and not just us but our all (TIME, MONEY AND TALENT), inspite of all the challenges faced during the course of the study, Mrs A.B Awoseemo is graduating today 14th December, 2018 as Dr. A.B Awoseemo from the great Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife Osun-State.
I have few or nothing to say today about the Nursing leaders with RN/Rpost-basic only but soon, I will ay something about them.
For Nursing to move forward we must be at the top and that can only be achieved by studying hard.
Congratulations to Dr A.B Awoseemo
Deputy Director Nursing Education/Principal OAUTHCSON/IHU.
If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader (John Quincy Adams). A true leader she is.
Seriously she is a Nurse with differences and I celebrate her.
I am Orolugbagbe Joel O.(Horolsparks)
S2 President SLPG OAUTHC
I am a Nurse with Differences
OROLUGBAGBE!!! NO ONE CAN SILENCE YOU, YOU CAN ONLY CHOOSE TO BE QUIET, I will Never forget this word of encouragement she spoke to me when I was discouraged about Nursing.
My prayer for this woman that God grant her is long life with good health, and strength needed to move Nursing forward and that God should place her in a position where she can positively influence Nursing decisions. Amen
