#The_Truth by Banji Joel. I will not wait to be directly affected before I become a voice - Banji Joel Nigeria is not cursed, we only have cursed leaders- Omoyele Sowore What is the value for the life of a common Nigerian? Talking about bad Govenance which has led to malfunctioning of almost all sectors in the country is nothing to hide now. The death of the CMAC of OAUTHC in person of Professor Jerome Elusiyan has popped up many reactions from those who believe they only need to get better and then they can be safe. My question is that even if you are safe in your own way, what about your loved ones? What about the coming generation? It is now evident that all those in support of this present administration are the major problems we need to deal with because selfishness, greed, ignorance, foolishness, weakness, laziness and act of irresponsibility has made many to be in support of this failed system. However, even those in support of this failed administration are suffering silently but because of their fixated minds and attitude, they have decided to shut their mouth to saying the truth and their ears to earing the truth but one thing that is sure is that they will soon be visited with the direct impact of the failed system. This present administration has inflicted nothing but pains on a common man in the country. A revolution is needed in all sectors of the country such as the Church, Mosque, Shrine, Community, Schools, Hospitals etc but all because of some people's blindfolded ideology we keep on suffering and smiling. Islamization is knocking so hard. World poverty zone is building in Nigeria. Disintegration is approaching speedily. Recolonisation is at our nostrils. Bloody revolution is fast approaching if the actions of this clueless administration isn't stopped. A question for all is that "is this the kind of life we want to continue living?" Is this what we want the coming generation to take over? General Mohammadu Buhari's administration has added nothing positive to Nigeria, instead it has cause all more pains than we thought and that is why I have written this with an angry and unrepentant spirit. Supporters of impunity should keep it up. This is just a message to sensitise the ignorant ones that no one is safe. #Time_will_tell. I am Olabanji Joel.... A writer..... A Socialist and A Nurse.

In my three years of marriage and what I have seen of marriages around me, I have come to realize that every day is an opportunity to celebrate love, foster understanding, practice forgiveness, and make sacrifices. Contrary to the notion that all you need for a successful marriage is love, I have learned that it takes intentional effort and investment from both partners. Sacrifices and forgiveness are just as crucial as love in making a marriage last, peaceful, and happy. Yesterday, I discharged a very demanding patient home. As she was about to leave the ward with her daughter, she called me over for a hug and expressed her gratitude. She told her daughter that I was a good nurse and was happy that I was part of her care team throughout her hospital stay. This gesture hit me differently, and it motivated me to do even more for my patients. As an adult with family responsibilities, I have come to realize that my profession is not just a job but a source of sustenance. I have learned to prioritize my role as a nurse above every thing I was actively doing before having a family, and the appreciation from patients like this one means a lot to me. Recently, I had a conversation with my cousin, and I shared with him that the only thing that can get under my skin is being told I am not good at my job because I see it as a threat to my source of livelihood and if genuinely done, I see it as a push to improve myself.
