 INTERNATIONAL NURSES' DAY. Nursing is a profession that takes a lot from the professionals practising it, we are heroes without cape but less appreciated across all boards. Today, we celebrate ourselves for the good job we have been doing for the health care institutions and all patients across the globe. Like I always say, as Nurses we are trained to know something about the duties of our other professional colleagues while ensuring also that we master our main nursing care, this makes our responsibilities in ensuring patients care second to none. There is no health care institution that can survive 48hours without Nurses. We give a lot the profession, we are driven not by the money involved but by passion for caring, if it's for the money many of us would have been in a better lucrative job not in Nursing where we get paid lesser than our value.
